INLET DESK ( INFEED ARRANGEMENT)
Sturdy inlet desk driven by using heavy duty chain along with additional worm reduction gear box.
Positively driven top infeed roller with with A.C. motor and inverter to take maximum under feeding and over feeding ( Instead of A.C. motor and inverter, piv and selsyn motor can also be provided optionally) 
Calibration dial/pot/ indicator fabric tension and over feeding /under feeding
Positively driven scroll rollers guide roll and A.C. motor or knitted fabric is provided optionally
Machine will be provided with photo sensor or electric feeler switch to control infeed check optionally.
Gumming, cutting, slitting edge spreader etc. for knitting and hosiery can be provided optionally.
OUTLET DESK (DELIVERY ARRANGEMENT)
MS fabricated sturdy Outlet Desk with necessary girders to mount main gear box and to allow width wise displacement according to fabric.
Chain carrying C.I. rails is mounted on gear box.
Unit is driven by D.C. Electric motor or can also be provided A.C. inverter optionally
A.C. Motor is also provided or width displacement
Outlet roller drive with heavy duty variable pulleys or PIV (optionally) for smooth running of fabric with positive speed variation with respect to chain speed 
3 BOWL PADDER MANGLE / HIGH ENTRY WEFT & BOW
3 Bowl inclined type padding mangle with 10 ton nip pressure capacity with pneumatic arrangement.
Sturdy side frames with two nos. Stainless Steel troughs of adequate capacity can be raised or lowered
Side splash guards capacity to prevent chemicals from splashing and easy return to though
Decorative fabricated high entrance with necessary rollers and cloth guiders for centering of fabric 
Mechanical compensator is provided ( Pneumatic, Compensator can be provided optionally).
Driven by DC Motor and  gear box or ( A.C. inverter can be provided optionally). Mechanical weft & Bow driven by geared motor to reduce the skew problem

Dual filter screen - cleaning is possible even during machine is in operation. as a second filter is installed just before radiator .

PLAITER BATCHING
Fabricated decorative plaiter and batching mounted with outlet desk 
Separate D.C. Motor helps to take moderate load of batching and plaiting ( A.C. inverter can be provided optionally.
Batching the fabric is possible up to 1800mm diameter with facility to lowering and rising of batching arm pneumatically.
Ascending batch winder for smaller batch in open type trolleys for tensionless outlet
COCK PIT
Sophisticated decorative cock pit having electrical controls, speedometers ampere meter , volt meter weft and bow controls are of easy accessible to the operator

CONTROL PANEL

MS fabricated control panel with its readily accessible circuitry, housed the necessary switch gears, Fuses, mcbs. Main Switch, transformers, inverters (optional) cables cable trays synchoro cad etc for all electric function and is according to latest advances in electrical engineering 

Panel shows total current consumption of the machine with the help of control transformer
CHIAN ASSEMBLY
The fabric is conveyed by pins or clip or combination of pin or clip . The special  aluminum alloy die casting top parts or high grade M.S. Fabricated top parts are mounted on steel graded chain with self lubricated sintered bronze shoes.
The chain sliding over the graded cast iron machine lapped chain rail for smooth moving and minimum friction which reduces load on driving motor in terms saves electrical energy

BLOWER IMPELLER
